Download and installation were fine. The problem that I encountered trying to put together my first movie is that there is no audio on my imported mov corel videostudio pro x7 mp4 problem free download from my Canon cameras.

I can even import the mov file to my Window Movie Maker and there is sound. The mov file, the audio has kbps, 2 channels stereo with 48 kHz when I left clicked on it. After imported the file to VideoStudio, it has no audio property at all.

You may be best to convert the mov to a more editable format using a Video Converter program. Mov are very similar to MP4 and sometimes re-naming the file to use a MP4 extension works, you could try that.
