Microsoft Word on my laptop has been popping up with an error message about "Product Activation Failed", saying that "this product has not been activated". The program has been on there for a very long time and it never used to do this until after we cleared the computer when it got a bad virus, and we had to change the hard drive. So maybe that's why. Anyways, I need to know how I can get rid of this message. My mom had the same thing happen but she doesn't remember how she got it to quit.
